Austin, Texas: December 14, 2010; Imperial Resources, Inc. (the ‘Company’, ‘Imperial’) today announced it has appointed Mr. Robert Durbin as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and director of the Company.
Mr. Durbin’s appointment reflects the Company’s current focus on the onshore U.S. Oil and Gas sector. Mr. Durbin has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Imperial Oil and Gas, Inc. since April, 2010. His additional appointment as CEO of the Company ensures management continuity throughout the group.
