ठंडा पड़ा मुंबई का प्रॉपर्टी बाजार


मुंबई के प्रॉपर्टी बाजार में बिक्री नहीं हो रही है। जनवरी से लेकर अब तक जून महीने में सबसे कम सौदे हुए हैं।

रजिस्ट्रार ऑफिस के आंकडों के मुताबिक जून में प्रॉपर्टी की बिक्री 30 फीसदी तक घटी है। वहीं किराये के सौदों में बढ़ोतरी हो रही है। दरअसल मुंबई में प्रॉपर्टी खरीदने के बजाए किराए पर प्रॉपर्टी लेने की मांग बढ़ी है।

रजिस्ट्रार ऑफिस के आंकडों के मुताबिक जून महीने के दौरान मुंबई में किराए पर प्रॉपर्टी के रजिस्ट्रेशन में 7.67 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है।

Textiles Minister Dayanidhi Maran, who is in the eye of a storm in the wake of the CBI's report to Supreme Court implicating him in the 2G spectrum scam, resigned from the Union Cabinet today. Maran met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh after a Cabinet meeting and submitted his resignation.
On the back of this news, Sun TV Network plunged 7.73% or RS 25.75 to 307.30.
 
It was trading with volumes of 1,043,164 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.30% or Rs 1.00 at Rs 333.05.

Birla Pacific Medspa surges 48% on debut


Shares of Birla Pacific Medspa , a Yash Birla Group Company, surged 48% in the opening trade to touch a high of Rs 14.80 as against issue price of Rs 10.
At 9:52 hours IST, a share was trading at Rs 12.55, with rising 25.5%, after opening at Rs 10.10 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Company operates med spa centres under the brand name EVOLVE. A med spa or medical spa is a hybrid between a medical clinic and a day spa and operates under the supervision of medical doctor.
Birla Pacific Medspa raised Rs 65 crore through an IPO of 651.75 lakh equity shares. Company is going to utilise Rs 49 crore for establishing 55 'Evolve' outlets, around Rs 6 crore for brand building and the balance for meeting working capital, Issue and other preliminary expenses.

Rushil Decor lists at Rs 74.50


Decorative laminated sheets manufacturer Rushil Decor 's shares started trade at Rs 74.50, up 3.5% over an issue price of Rs 72 a share.
At 9:57 hours IST, the stock was trading at Rs 82.05, with rising 14% after hitting a high of Rs 83.90 & low of Rs 74.50 on National Stock Exchange.
Company raised Rs 40.64 crore (including promoters' contribution of Rs 1.75 crore) through the issue, which will be used for setting up of medium density fibre board plant and for working capital requirement.

Sensex flat with positive bias


The benchmark Sensex was marginally green in the opening trade amid a choppy trade, following mildly positive global cues. But theNifty has still been in a tight range of 5620-5650.
Among frontliners, Reliance Industries, Cairn India, Ambuja Cements, Sesa Goa, Tata Steel, JSPL, Bharti Airtel, TCS, HCL Tech, ITC and DLF were witnessing buying interest.
However, Sterlite Industries, ICICI Bank, SBI and Reliance Communications were on sellers' radar.
At 9:21 hours IST, the 30-share BSE Sensex was trading at 18,771, up 47 points and the 50-share NSE Nifty went up 10 points to 5,635.
The CNX Midcap gained 19 points at 8,100, About 557 shares advanced as against 327 shares declined on National Stock Exchange.
